He is survived by: his mother Patricia Nuttall; his stepmother Linda Steinruck; his siblings, Scott Steinruck (Beth), Holli (Wayne), Kim Gillikin (Buddy) and James Nuttall (Cheryl); and his nieces and nephews, Alexandra, Stephanie (Sam), Tyler, Ryan, Austin and Trey.
