She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" A. Leneave, Sr. and Helen M. Leneave; and her brother Wayne C. Leneave. She is survived by: her husband James Lewis Smith, Jr.; her sons, Keith Saunders (Gina), James "Jamie" Smith III (Audra), Chris Smith (Marion) and Paul Smith (Gayle); her brothers, Robert, Billy and Danny; and her close friends, Steve, David and Buck. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
