She was predeceased by: her husband Alan Hazzard; her stepson Randy Hazzard; her son Eric Major; and her father Norman Holliday. She is survived by: her mother Mazie Melton; her stepfather Linwood Melton; her brother Michael Holliday; her children, Chris Hazzard (Jessica) and Whitney Pierce (Glenn); her stepchildren, Stacy Llewellyn (Robbie) and Travis Lewis (Amy); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Reagan, Braxton, Mazie and Avery.
