She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Thomas Fenner, Jr.; her parents, Laura Nell Watson and Mearl Gregory Watson; and her brothers, Waverly G. Watson and Curtis A. Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine F. Wilburn and Dolores F. Willis (Kirk); her grandchildren, Robert Wilburn (Amber), Brad Wilburn (Kristin), Colton Willis, Heather Cordova (Isaac) and Ashleigh Willis; her great grandchildren, Maddison Wilburn, Paisley Wilburn, Parker Wilburn, Andrew Cordova and Marshall Cordova; and her sisters, Grace L. Revels (Archie), Ruth Ann Wootton and Joyce Marie Crook.
In order to protect the vulnerable and high-risk members of the community, it is highly recommended that face masks be worn.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Richmond.
