She was predeceased by: her husband Joe "Red" Cook; her siblings, Dickie Cook and Shirley Cook; and her godchildren, Lin Woodfin and Gail Woodfin Felts.
She is survived by: her brother John Cook (Susan); her sister-in-law Sandra Cook; her nieces and nephews, Paul Cook, John Murden Jr., Kimberly Cook, Betsy Loeb and Bonnie Cook; and her goddaughter Dawn Toney (Wade).
