She was predeceased by: her husband James Monroe Foster (Popeye); her parents, Taylor Adams of Washington and Lizzie Ella Adams; her children, James Vernon Foster "Jimmy", Jeffery Snow Foster, Timothy Wayne Foster, Mark Dwayne Foster, Robert Dale Foster, Alecia Taylor Foster and Debora Sue Foster; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Jason Hudson, Amber Hudson and Robbie Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lynn Foster "Butch", Terry Allen Foster (Patricia), Linda Foster Hudson and Elizabeth Darlene Foster; her siblings, Calvin Adams (Jackie), Jewel Queensberry, Charlotte Watts (Harold) and Phyliss Roark (Howard); and her niece Nancy Roark. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
