He is survived by: his son Mark William Rough; his wife Joan Zabski; his daughters-in-law, Jane McCarty of Ivy, Virginia and Lisa Rough Broglin (Deena Broglin) of Black Mountain; his grandchildren, Zoe Rough-Broglin, Noah Rough-Broglin, Dustin McCarty and Trisha McCarty; and his great grandchild Ava Patterson.
