He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Reilly. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Reilly and Emma Kern Reilly; his sons, Patrick V. Reilly (Irene) of Charlottesville and Herbert V. Reilly, Jr. (Rose Marie) of Bloomingburg, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Andy Turner (Cathy), Jennifer Kuchta (Brian), Melissa Reilly and Chris Reilly (Jack Costello); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Hailey, Devin and Cayden.
