With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Patricia Horan in Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Mamrosh and Stella Mamrosh; and her husband Bernard Daniel Horan. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Adair of Long Island and Sean Horan of Long Island; her granddaughter Amelia Grace Adair; her sister Lisa Shannon; her nieces, Chelsea Reinwald and Danielle Shannon; her sister-in-law Peggy Horan; her nephew Robert Whittaker; and her niece Mary Beth Dalessio.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home (138 Heritage Dr, Palmyra, VA 22963). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint's Peter and Paul Catholic Church (4309 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Palmyra, VA 22963).
