He was predeceased by: his daughter Delphine Crump. He is survived by: his wife Ann E. Tabb; his children, Pocahontas Smith, Virginia Doswell (Bernard), Westmore Jr. (Michelle) and Leon "Tim" Tabb (Carleen); his sister Virginia T. Webber; and his sister-in-law Doniece Tabb Jones. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
