She was predeceased by: her parents, George Elmer McGaffee Sr. and Florence Ingram McGaffee; her grandson Daniel Ryan Osborne; and her siblings, George Elmer McGaffee Jr., Thelma McGaffee Ringstaff and Helen Florence McGaffee.
She is survived by: her aunt Boot; her daughter Angela Y. Barazzone of Abingdon, VA; her grandson Marcus Osborne (Amy); her great grandchildren, Chance, Amira and Gemma of Nashville, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Terry T. McGaffee of Johnson City, TN and Deborah M. Hunsaker (Neal) of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by Eight nephews and four nieces in addition to several great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
