She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Elswick; her husband Douglas Bernard Elkins; and her brothers, Gary Dye and Mark Dye. She is survived by: her mother Bertie Ball Dye; her sons, Keith Elkins, David Elkins (Tracy), Todd Elkins and Scott Elkins (Crystal Looney); her grandchildren, Channing Elkins (Amanda), Whitney Elkins, Danielle Wolfe (Nick), Kayla McClanahan, Rachel Elkins, Ryan Elkins, Kiana "Nikki" Elkins, Jaden Elkins (Jerome Lynch), Lindsay Justice and Brooke Hunnell; and her siblings, Melissa Sheperd (David), Susie Hindel (Roger), Cleatis Dye (Alice), Mike Dye (Tammy) and Carlos Dye (Darlene). She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
