With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Reynolds Webb of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, born in North Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on November 2, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tase Reynolds and Daisy Harman Reynolds; her husband Bob H. Webb; her aunt Rosie Mae Harman; and her brother-in-law Ralph B. Davis.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Davis; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Ringstaff (Terry), Melissa Woodford (Tom), Steve Davis (Dana), Janice Brown (Jack), Pamella Copeland (Jack), Deanna Flatt, Sue Newberry, Janifer Newberry Adkins (Jim), Jimmie Hawkins and Michael Newberry (Patricia).
