He was predeceased by: his sister Amber SueAnn Lowe; and his grandparents, Norman Lester, Sammie, Sr. and Sue Lowe. He is survived by: his parents, Sammie E. Lowe, Jr. of Cedar Bluff and Linda Carol Lester of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.; his son Isaac Albert Lowe; his grandmother Dorothy Lester of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; and his brother Chuck Culbertson.
