With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Marshall Jessee of Castlewood, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Estle Marshall and Tempa Kilgore Marshall; and her siblings, Gene Marshall, Tommy Marshall, Betty Kennedy and Janice Marshall.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Osborne (Regenna) and Kathy Miller (Buddy); her sister Nancy Cole (Robert); her grandchildren, Cameron, Amanda, Stephanie, Savannah and Bradley; her uncle Fred Kilgore; and her close friend Wanda Salyer.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Chapel of Love Mausoleum (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
