He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Powell and Elizabeth W. Powell. He is survived by: his sisters, Carlene Echols and Lisa Perry; his wife Rhonda; his pet Calli Grace; his children, Tori Whitley (Chad), Little Rob Powell (Cassie) and Lindsey Smith (JC); and his grandchildren, CJ, Emma, Eden, Jackson, Logan, Connor and Charlotte.
