Donald Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2019, at the age of 93, Donald Carter (Carrsville, Virginia), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Janie Carter and Linda Darden; his son-in-law Oliver Darden; his son Donald G. Carter, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jeri Carter; his children, Mildred Mariner, Ronald Carter, Conley Carter, Audra Carter-Wilkins and Patsy Carter-Walker; and his stepson Robert Q. Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions will be received during viewing.
