He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H Fuller and Lucile Jefferson Fuller; his stepmother Jonnie Giles Fuller; and his son Mark Carlton Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Ruby "Fern" Fuller; his son William "Anthony" Fuller; his granddaughter Brittany Starn (Reggie Irvin); his son Joseph Carter Fuller (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Mariah Claire (Zach Winslow) and Luke Wade Fuller.
