He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Wade (Danny) of Deel, VA and Eddie Dean Stiltner of Deel, VA; his brother-in-law Bill Ratliff of Abingdon, VA; his brother Cecil Stiltner; his daughter Isabella Nichole Stiltner of Bristol, TN; his nieces, Shelly Petrosky (Tim) of Bristol, VA, Melissa Webb (Raymond) of Vansant, VA and Danielle Stiltner (Ashley) of Bristol, TN; his nephew Barry Wade (Sheila) of Hickory, NC; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton Blankenship, Logan Wade, Braxton Petrosky, Jaylon Stiltner, Brynn Webb, Ember Webb, Allie Wade and Kaylee Stiltner.
