She is survived by: her siblings, Sidney Arthur "Jeff" Clevinger, Jr. of Harman, VA and Loretta Gail Stiltner (Kenny) of Grundy, VA; her nephew Nathaniel Wade Clevinger; her caregiver Carrie Spencer; and her friends, Wanda Clevinger (Former Employer) and Henry Cantrell.
