It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Ann Carter of Buchanan, Virginia, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rasnick and Bonnie Rasnick (Matney). She is survived by: her brothers-in-law, Jerry Smith of Rowe, VA and Allen Carter of Poplar Creek, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Smith (Jessica) of Pounding Mill, VA, Ramona "Sissy" Carter of Bristol, TN, Vanessa Carter of North Carolina and Cody Clevinger.
