He is survived by: his daughter Joanette Kiser of Richlands, VA; his grandsons, Jeremy Bailey, Nathan Counts and Matt Kiser; his great grandchild Wyatt Counts; and his siblings, Everett Bailey (Trula) of Prater, VA, Arnold Bailey of Prater, VA, Leo Bailey (Deborah) of Prater, VA, Mable Gibbs of Hurley, VA, Pansy Hawkins of Gray, TN and Donna Turpin of Prater, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
