She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Foster and Vada Foster (Coleman); her husband Elzie Stiltner; her children, Gary Lee Stiltner and Peggy Diane Edwards; and her siblings, Truby Stiltner, Thelma Rae Bostic, Lydia Riley, Virgie Layne Bell, Minnie Rife and Jessie Foster.
She is survived by: her son Greg Stiltner (Teddie) of Beach Park, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy Stiltner, Amy DeJesus (Miguel), Jason Stiltner and Robert Stiltner (Amber); her great grandchild April Stiltner; and her brother Irvin Foster (Ruth) of Fox Lake, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
