He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Mamie Cook Light (Huffman) and Howard Dewey Cook; and his sisters, Xie Shoemaker and Brownie Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Anna Margaret Fulk Cook; his children, Crystal List (Paul) of Broadway, Darcus Breneman (Aaron) of Stephens City, Eric Cook (Rhonda) of Bolivia, NC and Farrel Cook (Sharon) of Cross Junction, VA; his brother Hazen Dewey Cook of Bridgewater; and his grandchildren, Heath Meehan, Justin Cook, Ariann Allen, Erica Cook, Seth Breneman and Noah Cook. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
