He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Hobbs; his children, Diana Masser of Bismarck, ND, Kathy Mumma (Steve) of Gainesville, VA, Regina Lonas (Rusty) of Harrisonburg, Stephen Eye (Jill) of Valdosta, GA, Rhonda Miller (Tim) of Elkton and Brent Rohrbaugh (Denise) of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings, Mary Katherine Shipe of Harrisonburg and John Rohrbaugh of Broadway. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
