She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lester and Meda Barkley (Hedrick); and her siblings, Margaret Hoover, Katherine Doyle and Walter Barkley.

She is survived by: her son Timothy Mark Barkley of Broadway; and her sisters, Betty Wolfe of Monterey and Patsy Reedy of Broadway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
