Peggy Elizabeth Turner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Elizabeth Turner of Broadway, Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlin B. Biller and Maxine Strickler Biller Halterman; her stepfather Charles M. Halterman; her brothers, Beverly B. Biller and Lewis "Frank" Biller; and her uncle Donald Strickler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Turner-Fulk (Melvin) of Broadway and Kelly Turner Freeman (Stacy) of Broadway; her grandsons, Stephen Turner of Harrisonburg, Matthew Fulk of Harrisonburg, Brandon Freeman of New Market and Bryce Freeman of Fort Collins, CO; her great grandchild Branch Freeman of New Market; her half-brother Marvin Halterman; her stepbrothers, Charles T. "Jap" Halterman, Doug Halterman and Ronnie Halterman; her close friend Robert Stratton; her children, Elias and Claire Stratton; and her close friends, Michael and Alma Davidson.
Services will be private. Per CDC guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
