He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Runion and Rebecca Estep Runion; his wife Janie Kay Brown; and his brother Pete Runion. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Runion (Darrell Simpson) of Harrisonburg and Tracey Runion (Clint Ritchie) of Mathias, WV; his grandchildren, Nikki Kay Shumaker, Hunter Edward Shumaker, Brayden Ritchie, Lacey Stroop, Gavin Ritchie and Donovan Ritchie; and his sister-in-law Hilda Runion of Broadway.
