He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Sarah Fawley Fulk; his wife Wilda "Jo" Frances Wean; and his siblings, Edith Runion, Herman Fulk, Georgia Funkhouser, Ben Fulk, Ernest Fulk, Edward Fulk and Meva Melhorne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
