With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Lee Guthrie of Broadway, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 7, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. L. and Nellie Jane Mitchell Guthrie; and his siblings, John C. Guthrie Jr., Naomi W. Bare and Mary Grace Frye.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Cricket" Hornick; his children, Sherry LeeAnn Stroop (Tim) of Singers Glen, Beth Burton Guthrie of Broadway and Travis Miguel Guthrie (Maggie) of Berkley Springs, WV; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Rebekah and Bethany Stroop; and his brother John D. Sites (Darlene) of Broadway.
