She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Humphrey and Norma Summers Humphrey of Virginia; her former husband Nicholas E. Hensley Sr.; her husband James F. Price; and her son Nicholas E. Hensley Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Donna Hensley of Elkton, Wanda Hensley of Dale Enterprise, Carolyn Armentrout of Mt. Crawford, Randy Hensley of Rockingham, Lynn Hensley of Rockingham and June Boren of Bowie, MD; her stepchildren, Brenda Shifflett of Broadway, Dawn Hammer of Grottoes, Gary Price of Harrisonburg, Frankie Price, Barbara V. and Susan; her grandchildren, Scott, Chris, Laraine, Crystal, Jennifer, Matt and Josh; her sisters, Annie Getz of Verona and Linda Whitecotton; her daughter-in-law Joyce Minnick Hensley of Harrisonburg; and her son Frank Loveless of Mt. Jackson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
