He was predeceased by: his parents, Pansy Harrell and Luther Harrell; and his brother Carlos Harrell. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Harrell (Rose) of Jessup, MD, Jackie Bartel of Severn, MD and Tiffany Hewins of New Church, VA; his siblings, Stanley Harrell (Jean) of Ellicott City, MD, Robert Harrell of Jessup, MD, Marie Woodworth of Ivy, SC and Betty Mitchem of Ivy, SC; and his grandchildren, Greg, Keith Harrell, Robert Hodges (Cheri), Shyanne, Kaya and Jeremiah Gray. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
