He was predeceased by: his parent Elizabeth Williams; and his sister Thelma Policare. He is survived by: his parent Warren Williams; his wife Peggy Jean; his son Warren Williams, III; his daughter-in-law Melinda Williams of Annandale; his daughter Megan Carriere; his son-in-law Robert Carriere of Fairfax, Virginia; his grandchildren, Owen, Allison, Brian and Madelyn; his sister Carole Delafield; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Davies and Willard Davies (Denise).
