He was predeceased by: his son Gary Wayne Epperly. He is survived by: his wife Annie; his son W. J. Epperly (Patricia); his daughter-in-law Susan (Darrell Hensley); his grandsons, Joshua Epperly (Meghan) and Benjamin Andrew Epperly; and his sisters, Faye Wade and Peggy Howell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.
