She was predeceased by: her parents, Gracie Matthews and Hodges Matthews; her sister Francine Daniel; and her children, Donnie Perkinson (Perky) and Linda Mulligan.

She is survived by: her husband James F. Utley, Jr.; her children, Nancy Derrick (Bob), Diana Perkinson (Montie), Kathy Foote (Willy) and Jaye Utley (Tammy); her grandchildren, Dave Barton, Melissa Gil, Matthew Barton, Erika Hamby, Rachel Hamby, Carla Hayes, Jessica Simon, Bonnie Davidson, Nicholas Perkinson, Sean Mulligan, Colin Mulligan, Andrew Green and Michaela Green; her great grandchildren, Edwin, Danielle, Gabriella, Lucas, Gabriel, Jacob, Rhyse, Mckai, Ryker, Mystic, Aspen, Brody, Lilly and Bryce; and her brother Leroy Matthews (Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
