It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pearl C. Booker (Blackstone, Virginia), who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richlieu Campbell and Alma Wynn Campbell; her husband Braxton; her children, Nannie Ross and Arthur Booker; and her siblings, Hilda, Edith, James and Willie.

She is survived by: her sons, Braxton Jr. (Elizabeth), Richard (Maria) and Leonard Booker; her grandchildren, Tanya Moses, Lemuel, Corey Ross, Devon, Anthony, Sharmin, Carl, Ieisha, Petra, Deon, Kerri and Shannon; her great grandchildren, Terrell, Amelia, Micheal, Anthony, Kianna, Ameera and Layla; and her brothers, William (Shirley) and Richard Campbell. She is also survived by cat, "Peanut"; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
