She was predeceased by: her husband Linwood "Lenny" A. Lewis, Jr.; and her son Fred Wayne Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Lewis (Lorraine) and Cynthia L. Davies (David). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
