He was predeceased by: his father Jim. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Jones Rice; his sons, Caleb (Anastasia) and Keegan (Amy); his mother Margaret Rice; and his siblings, Mark (Jenney) and Lynn Cipriano (Rogelio). He is also survived by extended family members, and friends.
