She was predeceased by: her son John Green; her husband Waverly Boose Sr.; her parents, Stanley Green and Julia V. Green; her daughters, Geraldine Holley and Cheryl Green; and her sister Chloris Green.
She is survived by: her son Waverly Boose Jr.; her grandchildren, Reginald Beverly, Roderic Green (Sardis Green), Shanese Green, Cikeyia Green and Shantel Green; her great grandchildren, Lacey Robinson (Kendrick Robinson), Darius Green, Damarae Green, Sh'Khiyah Green, Jeremiah Green, Josiah Belle and Kameron Green; and her niece Deloris Branch.
