She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Derey; and her son Robert Wayne Lawson, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Gail Spearman; her grandchildren, Lisa Lawson Morgan (Lonnie), Robert Wayne "Bobby" Lawson III and Jessica Deming McEver (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn Morgan, Hannah, Max McEver and Kyle Lawson.
