Payne (Sandra) and Patricia Payne Lightner (Bruce); his grandchildren, William H. Payne IV (Jennifer), Chris Payne (Han), Stephanie Clay (J. C.), April, Aiken, Jason A. Rotz, Angie Wetzel (Andy) and Cory Hedrick (Curtis); his great grandchildren, Madison, Zachary, Joshua, Abigail, Sam, Cate, Cade, Caroline, Ben, Olivia, William, Eloise Viola, Andrew, Adam, Ainsley and Justin; and also, Alice Castellano (Matt), George Phelps, Cara Blemings (Ken), Brian Phelps (Gina), Stephanie Castellano, Joseph Castellano, Benjamin Blemings, Logan Phelps, Elizabeth Blemings, Megan Phelps, Jocelyne Phelps, Jovie Phelps and Eddie Evans.
