Lottie Clarabelle Cook Walters Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lottie Clarabelle Cook Walters of Blacksburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Shirley Hylton (Jerry), Sandra Smith, Kathy Dowdy (Mike), Carol Early (Wayne) and Curtis "Buddy" Cook (Patsy); her daughter-in-law Carol Tickle Walters; her husband Frank Elbert Walters; her parents, Harry Cook and Laura Kanode Cook; her son Frank Steven "Steve" Walters; her grandson Tony Curtis Cook; and her siblings, Evelyn Cook Davis, Haven Cook, Kenneth Cook, Guy Cook, Andy Cook, Herman Cook, Ophus Cook and James Cook. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
