He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Craig and Evelyn M. Craig; and his niece Candace Craig. He is survived by: his wife Lois Watson Craig; his children, Nancie Willett (Charles Stoll) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and James M. Craig (Donna Mabry) of Christiansburg, VA; his grandchildren, Daniel Willett, Samuel Willett, Jessica Craig and Thomas Willett; his brothers, Harry R. Craig Jr. (Barbara) and Douglas M. Craig; his nephews, David Craig (Kelly) and Martin Craig; and his niece Joy Craig.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to The Warm Hearth Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
