He was predeceased by: his father Robert Houston; and his wife Ada Ernestine Sherman. He is survived by: his son Ronald D. Mills (Betie); his grandsons, Jason Mills (Ashley) and Myron Mills (Fajr); his great grandchildren, Myree Mills and Mycah Mills; and his nieces, Inest Hurdle, Esther Reed and Keiona Eaves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
