It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Arthur Bishop of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Shealor Bishop and Brenda Cromer Bishop; his wife Dorothy Spivey Bishop; and his brother Robert Bishop. He is survived by: his daughter Deidre Bishop Armstrong; and his grandson Brock Addington Armstrong.
