It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Allan Hagedorn of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Santa Monica, California, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Arthur Hagedorn II and Beatrice Dorothy Hagedorn (Mead); his wife Mary Ellen Jones; his son Charles Alexander Hagedorn; his brother Alfred Arthur Hagedorn III; and also Susan Renee Ashlock.
