He was predeceased by: his parents, Mounce Frank Noel, Jr. and Thelma Gladys Howell Noel; and his brother Robert "Bob" Noel. He is survived by: his wife Laura Noel; his children, Kristy Noel (Miranda) and Nikki Raynes (Matt); his grandchildren, Jackson Raynes and Riley Raynes; and his brothers, Gary Noel and Jeff Noel.
