We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2023, at the age of 74, Curtis L. Cook of Blacksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry and Laura Cook; his mother Lottie C. Walters; his son Tony Curtis Cook; and his brother Steve Walters.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Myers Cook; his daughter Melynda "Mindy" Wampler (James); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Roop (Tyler), Erica Williams (Zach), Dakoda Barton and Sierrah Barton; his great grandchildren, Asher and Presley; his sisters, Shirley Hylton (Jerry), Sandra J. Smith, Kathy Dowdy (Mike) and Carol Early (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Carol Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
