He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Eric O'Brien and Hester Grooms O'Brien; and his brother Troy Eric O'Brien, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Jr. (Coby) of Temple Terrace and Christopher (Chris) of Brooklyn Heights, NY; his wife Betsy (Betsy); and his grandson Tristan of Temple Terrace.
