It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Tipsword (Blacksburg, Virginia), born in Hillsboro, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Ray; her parents, Newt Seybert and Evelena Seybert; her children, Stephen Ray Tipsword of Blacksburg and Pamela Jean Tipsword; and her son-in-law Mel Goldsten.
